BTP and the University of Wisconsin–Madison have numerous other professional development opportunities. The university’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) system is a great way to create a plan for yourself and your professors and mentors. There is also university documentation to help trainees with their taxes and there are also student resources from the IRS.
