Mass Spectrometry Instrument Control
Currently developing a novel open-source mass spectrometer instrument control software that will be agnostic of the instrument it is running and have the ability for the user to create fully customizable workflows from a graphical user interface. This new software will be bench marked against software provided by the instrument manufacturer for bottom-up and top-down proteomic analysis upon its completion. This will then enable an increase in unique proteoform identifications through a streamlined platform for creation of novel data acquisition techniques.
